L’AYLLA products are developed for external use. Please use each product only as intended and always follow the instructions on the respective product packaging as well as the full INCI declaration.

Even with well-tolerated skincare and fragrance products, individual reactions to certain ingredients cannot be completely ruled out. If you are prone to sensitive skin, allergies, or intolerances, we recommend testing a new product first on a small area of skin.

General safety information

For external use only.
Do not ingest.
Do not use on injured, irritated, or inflamed skin unless otherwise stated.
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and highly sensitive skin areas.
In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with clean water.
Keep out of reach of children.
Discontinue use immediately if redness, burning, itching, or any other signs of intolerance occur.
Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Information for sensitive skin and allergy-prone users

Please check the ingredients carefully before use, especially if you are sensitive to essential oils, botanical extracts, fragrance components, or other cosmetic ingredients. For sensitive skin, a patch test on a discreet area, such as the inner arm, is recommended before full use.

If you have a known tendency to allergies, very sensitive skin, existing skin conditions, or are undergoing dermatological treatment, we recommend seeking medical advice before use.

Safety information for facial serums, facial oils, toners, and creams

Our facial care products – including serums, facial oils, toners, eye care, and day care products – are intended for daily cosmetic care.

Apply only to cleansed skin.
Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
Use eye care products only on the outer eye area.
Introduce intensive or active-rich products gradually into your routine, especially if you have sensitive skin.
When using multiple active-rich products at the same time, pay attention to your skin’s individual tolerance.

Safety information for products with brightening, balancing, or intensive care effects

Products with modern active ingredients, plant-inspired functional systems, or balancing care concepts should be used according to the recommended directions.

Do not use more often or in significantly larger amounts than recommended.
For sensitive or reactive skin, begin use gradually.
During daytime use, especially with sensitive skin or products intended for a more even-looking complexion, ensure adequate sun protection.

Safety information for sun protection products

Sun protection products such as day care with SPF or mineral sunscreen should be applied generously and evenly. Applying too little will significantly reduce the level of protection.

Apply sun protection before sun exposure.
Reapply regularly, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Do not stay in the sun too long, even when using a sun protection product.
Avoid intense midday sun.
Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight.
Sun protection products are intended for the cosmetic care and protection of the skin, but they do not replace responsible sun behavior.

After-sun products are intended for care after sun exposure.

Apply only to clean skin.
Do not spray or apply to open, severely irritated, or burned skin areas.

Storage and shelf life

Please store all products tightly closed, clean, dry, and protected from direct sunlight. Extreme heat, strong cold, or frequent temperature fluctuations may affect product quality. Do not continue using products if their smell, color, or consistency has changed noticeably.
